You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been packed. If you haven’t received one I haven’t shipped yours yet - or you may have entered your email address wrong.

International delivery can take as long as six weeks from the shipping date. Domestic should be inside of one week.

Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. You can combine orders with anything other than prints - Prints must be shipped in a tube as a seperate package, so please place these as a seperate order.

REGARDING CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: Pre-orders allow me to make exactly what is required with zero waste. That said for various reasons people may want to cancel or return an order. Cancellations can be made before production begins, however paypal don't return fees so you wont recieve a full refund. Returns can be made by individual agreement - please contact us. Standard Cancellation fees are £5.
